I have been in Real Estate for 8 years and the Carolinas for 14, and love it more every day. I came here to visit family in 2004, and 2 years later I was here to live. The area has so much to offer, and I have found a great deal of personal as well as professional satisfaction helping people buy and sell their homes all.

I love to garden in my free time, and volunteer occasionally with Paws in the Piedmont, an animal rescue group. I love to take advantage of some of the beautiful areas here to go hiking and visit historic sites, and there are so many places to do that here.

I have a background in finance, and have earned my Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource certificate so I can better serve my clients in those transactions, making sure they are protected and as stress free as possible. Next to family, my clients are my first priority. I will be the hardest working agent you will ever have, and I seek not only to help you find a home, negotiate a great price, and take care of all the details, but I will be there for you after you close as well. My experience and extensive training is a benefit to both sellers and buyers.

For sellers, I will price your home right for a quick sale, netting  you the most money in the least amount of time. I use one of the most comprehensive marketing plans in the Carolinas, and have many resources for finding you a buyer that goes far beyond the MLS.  Communication is of the utmost importance between seller and agent, and I promise to update you monthly on the market in your neighborhood, as well as share all showings and feedback information with you weekly. I would love the opportunity to earn your business.

Understanding Agency  Relationships

When you are working with a Realtor, there are several ways you can be represented. If you are selling your home, you would hire a sellers agent, if buying, a buyers agent. I have included a copy of the Working with Real Estate Agents brochure for you to look over and familiarize yourself with. You should receive a clear explanation of agency at the time you meet a Realtor, as well as a copy of this for you to look over and keep.
